Delegates at the 13th Annual Pacific Immigration Directors' Conference in Sydney
Laurie Ferguson officially welcomed delegates to the 13th Annual Pacific Immigration Directors' Conference in Sydney on 6 October 2009. The conference was attended by 20 of the 23 member states represented through the forum. Those gathered agreed the achievement reinforced the importance to many nations in the region of the value of the forum as an ongoing information exchange on immigration and border security topics.
