Laurie Ferguson attended the annual general meeting of the Australia-Korean Welfare Association (AKWA) at the Strathfield Town Hall on September 19.
The AKWA is currently funded under the Settlement Grants Program for the provision of orientation to Australia, community development and integration services to Korean migrants in the Lower Northern Sydney, Central Western Sydney, Inner Western Sydney and Canterbury-Bankstown areas.
