Freedom of Information Disclosure Log
Amendments to the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act), which commenced on 1 November 2010, require agencies to publish copies of material released under the FOI Act within 10 days of the decision. This change come into effect from 1 May 2011. To view the disclosure log of the departments of Prime Minister and Cabinet or Immigration and Citizenship please visit the respective websites.
